The Confucius Institute at the University of Saskatchewan (USask CI) was invited to perform at the 2022 Saskatoon Foodtruck Wars Street Festival on August 5, 2022. The festival included food trucks, food booths, food trailers, cultural dancing, karaoke competitions, food-related competitions, and many other fun activities.
The USask CI and the Saskatchewan Chinese Dance School together presented some beautiful Chinese cultural dances, Hanfu (Han-style clothing) fashion show, and Chinese musical instrument performance.

This is the 3rd year that the USask CI joined in the other cultural groups to perform at the Affinity Stage of the Saskatoon Foodtruck Wars Street Food Festival. We are looking forward to seeing everyone again next year!
