U of S CI Celebrate 2016 Christmas with Local Communities

On December 10 and December 15, 2016, the Confucius Institute at the University of Saskatchewan was invited to join in the celebration of Christmas at Juniper House and Delta Hotel.

On December 10, 2016, the Confucius Institute at the University of Saskatchewan was invited to join in the celebration of Christmas at Juniper House. More than 120 senior citizens at the Juniper House and local communities enjoyed the Panda Dance performed by the U of S CI volunteers. The clumsy and funny panda brought great happiness to all the audience.

 Christmas Celebration at the Juniper House

On December 15, 2016, the Confucius Institute at the University of Saskatchewan took part in the Christmas Celebration at Delta Hotel in Saskatoon sponsored by Respon International Group, Inc. The performance of “Kung-Fu Panda” by the U of S CI volunteers aroused a burst of applauses by more than 200 audience. After the performance, crowds of children as well as adults ran after the pandas to the lobby to take pictures with them.
